Privato was founded in Arizona, where we’ve spent more than a decade delivering high-end private dining experiences and earning recognition as one of the region’s most trusted private chef teams. That same commitment to quality, hospitality and thoughtful execution now defines our limited destination offerings in Southwest Colorado, including Telluride, Mountain Village, Durango, Hesperus, Mancos, Dolores, Cortez, Rico and other surrounding private residences and luxury vacation homes.
Intimate by Design
In Southwest Colorado, Privato specializes in intimate private dining experiences for groups of up to 14 guests.
Each experience is personally designed and executed by Chef Michael, allowing for refined pacing, thoughtful presentation and seamless service from start to finish.
This intentionally smaller format preserves the quality, care and hands-on approach that define the Privato experience, with Colorado engagements accepted selectively and in limited number each year.
