Founder and executive chef Michael Denton is now accepting a limited number of private dining engagements each year in Southwest Colorado, including:

- Mountain Village
- Durango
- Hesperus
- Mancos
- Dolores
- Cortez
- Rico
- Surrounding private residences and luxury vacation homes
This is not a “new branch” or a rotating roster of freelance chefs. Every Colorado experience is personally designed and executed by Chef Michael himself, bringing the same Privato standards of quality, hospitality and refined service into the mountain homes and getaway destinations we love most.

Colorado private dining with Privato is intentionally offered in a smaller format. In Southwest Colorado, experiences are designed for intimate gatherings of up to 14 guests.
In Southwest Colorado, Chef Michael is offering multi-course chef’s tasting menus exclusively. This format allows for elevated pacing, refined presentation and a true destination dining experience—the kind that feels worthy of a ski week, a milestone celebration or an unforgettable evening in a luxury mountain home.
Colorado bookings are accepted in limited number each year and are best reserved well in advance during peak seasons.
